Jobs, jobs, jobs

An image is worth a thousand words, here it is:

What happened to the days when it was all simple? What happened to the days when life was free? What happened to the days when I used to write?

There is something unexplainably rotten. So much tension and frustration, it just keeps building up inside, clashing with each other, fighting to be expressed as words.

I don’t know anymore. Here I flip my birthday suit inside out, this is my inside. Nothing more, nothing less – a ‘to do’ list.
To do:
- Angelo American Graduate Program questions
- Department of Veteran Affairs Graduate Program questions
- Cover letter to volunteer at nVantage
- Prepare for Human Services Portfolio phone interview
- Study for Sociology class test
- 2,000words essay for Practical & Environmental Ethics
- 1,000words reflection for Media Project
- Write cover letters and selection criteria responses for saved job ads
- Keep looking for more jobs
- Make time for friends, because they are the best!

Living in a nation that prides itself with one of world’s leading welfare systems, this is what I have come to. There is no social security.

Darwinism. Marx calls it a superstructure.
